To carry out the purposes described in this comprehensive privacy notice, we will use the following personal data of the owner: full name, age, sex, occupation, telephone number, address, email, Federal Taxpayer Registration Code (RFC) and/or Unique Population Registration Code (CURP); this for the purpose of verifying compliance with requirements, carrying out internal procedures, notifying the appropriate response or delivery of information, and obtaining statistical data.
The administrative unit responsible for the system is the same one to which you provide your data, which cannot disclose them without your consent and express authorization under the terms of the Law, except in the cases expressly indicated by articles 11 and 37 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Subjects for the State of Baja California, that is, between obligated subjects and/or by court order.
You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use it for and the terms of use that we give them (Access).
It is also your right to request the correction of your personal information if it is out of date, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we will delete it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations set out in the regulations (Cancellation); as well as to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). In terms of the provisions of article 16, second paragraph of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, and in accordance with articles 22, 24, 26, 27 and 28 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Subjects for the State of Baja California, the holders of personal data, after identifying themselves as the owner of the same, may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO RIGHTS) to the management of personal data before the Transparency Unit of this Secretariat, or directly at our offices, where any questions you may have regarding the processing of your information will be answered.
